I recently had a surgical procedure done at the Quatela Center in Rochester, NY, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff were all exceptional, particularly Stacie Schweickert, the Hair Team Manager, Dr. Lee, my surgeon, and Sue Commesso, the Patient Consultant to Dr. Heather Lee. They made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. The professionalism and attentiveness of the team at Quatela Center are unmatched. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided thorough explanations of the procedure and follow-up care. I felt valued and cared for every step of the way. The facility itself is impressive, housed in the historic Lindsay House in downtown Rochester. The appointments were always confirmed ahead of time and ran on schedule. I am extremely pleased with the results of my procedure and highly recommend the Quatela Center to anyone considering a surgical procedure. Thank you to Dr. Lee and the entire team for an outstanding experience!
Dr. Amalfi and her team were incredible, they guided me through my entire process of having my breast augmentation surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone involved was so kind and I’m so lucky I ended up with such a great team of women
Dr. Amalfi encompasses everything I’d want in a surgeon. She’s so skilled and incredibly compassionate. She has supported me since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago, and she is the only surgeon I’d trust with revisions to my reconstruction. Excellent physician and an even better human! ❤️

I can barely put into words the experience I had with Dr. Amalfi and the staff at Quatela. The level of care Dr. Amalfi provided me (pre and post op) was unmatched. At my consultation she shared her vision for my “after” and I never in my wildest dreams thought she could achieve what she said she would. Not only did she achieve it, she exceeded it by a mile. I could not be more thrilled with every single aspect of my experience. Dr Amalfi and her nurses could teach a masterclass in what they do and I am so grateful for them. Dr. Amalfi is an angel and we don’t deserve her (but I’m sure lucky to have her)

Dr.Montague is as genuine and real as it gets ! From my first encounter with him to each one since he has been nothing but amazing ! He is honest, attentive, incredibly skilled, personable and really has such a passion for his craft. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for and how and if it could be achieved. He explained in detail what his vision was for my face and why,. You could tell the great thought and expertise that goes into what my surgery plan and result would be. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or like he wasn’t listening to everything I said and wanted. Dr. Montague went above and beyond and has provided unparalleled care and guidance throughout my entire process. He has explained everything to me that I may or may not experience and I have had no surprises because of his honesty and prep on the front end. I cannot not thank him enough for that. I cannot recommend Dr. Montague highly enough to anyone considering facial plastic surgery. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Montague you should too !!!

I would highly recommend the Quatela Center for Plastc Surgery. The care and services Dr Quatela, Dr Tran and the staff provided was outstanding. Brooke was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had before the surgery. Dr Quatela did an amazing job and I am very happy with the results.

Choosing a plastic surgeon should not be done in a hurried manner. I reviewed two other surgical centers before discovering Quatela. I’m sooo glad I was patient enough to take my time because it was worth the wait! From the first consultation to all of my follow up appointments Dr. Amalfi and the staff at Quatela have been nothing short of miraculous. I feel cared for and valued here. If you’re looking for cosmetic surgery and consider Rochester a potential place for your procedure, I highly recommend Quatela.

Dr Alex Montague did upper and lower eyelid lift surgery on me and I am extremely satisfied with the procedure and with my decision to have it done at the Lindsay House. Dr Montague is caring, friendly, and skilled. He takes time to explain everything and will listen to any concerns and make suggestions. This is not my first time at Lindsay House and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and quality of care that you receive. I would give Dr Montague and the Lindsay House staff a 5+ Rating! 6 months after surgery and I am very happy with the result and would recommend Dr Montague. Thank you for a job well done. 🙂
