Human Resource and Employee Relations Manager
Position Summary: The Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery and other businesses are seeking a Human Resources and Employee Relations Manager who will lead recruiting, hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, medical leaves and implementing company policies and procedures. They will also provide Employee Relations guidance and conduct workplace inquiries that comply with applicable employment laws and regulations and promote the equitable resolution of employment issues across the company and manage employee situations with a focus on conflict prevention and resolution.
Position Summary: The Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery, which is a thriving, innovative and growing private practice, is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator. The practice has an extensive history of patient excellence and includes three Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeons and two Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. This practice specializes in facial and breast/body procedures, as well as injectables including Botox, Juvederm, and more.
The ideal candidate must focus on strategy and results coupled with a committed desire to implement and uphold organization and efficiency throughout the practice. Exceptional relationship building ability is necessary.
Position Summary: We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide a welcoming experience to our patients, prospective patients and visitors. This dynamic individual will hold a key role in our fast-paced, prominent organization, while maintaining strict confidentiality. This position will also work closely with the Practice Administrator, Clinic Manager and Clinic Team for the purpose of optimizing appointment efficiencies, resolving practice issues and collecting/maintaining accurate practice data.
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant & Hair Team Practitioner | Full-Time
Position Summary: We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who can provide medical care to a wide variety of patients in a medical office as well as being a valuable Practitioner on our Hair Restoration Team.
Licensed Practical Nurse | Full-Time
Position Summary: LPN is responsible for assisting in the care of both facial and body plastic postoperative clients. This is a fulltime position that requires approximately 90% of time standing/walking and about 10% of time sitting. No heavy lifting is involved.
Position Summary: Perform certain clinical duties under the direction of a physician. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination.
