“I had an Blepharoplasty (eye lid lift) in August by Dr. Montague. The whole staff is very nice and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and Dr. Montague even calmed by fears down right before surgery. I had a tiny bit of bruising that lasted a few days. No pain at all. I look and feel great! He did an awesome job!!”
“Dr. Montague listens and understands my aging concerns. He studied my facial features then recommended the injectable treatments that he felt would achieve good results. Botox, Juvederm and a “combination” of two products that would lift cheeks has really helped. I feel confident in his recommendations. This is a great practice for anyone interested in facial rejuvenation.”
“For years I was self conscious about my chin. It was something that dieting and exercise couldn’t change. Last spring I made up my mind I wasn’t going to grow old with my chin the way it was. I asked a friend if she knew a good surgeon in the Rochester area and she immediately recommended the Quatela Center. I made an appointment and was welcomed by the most amazing professional team. Doctor Montague conducted my consultation, explaining the procedures he felt would yield the results I wanted. He took the time to know me, my concerns and really examining my facial structure. My surgery was scheduled and before I knew it I could see a neck I never knew existed. Saying my life has changed is an understatement. I’m 68 and feel like I look 45. The care I receive was amazing. The results are incredible. I’m so glad I did this for me. It is so worth it! Thanks doctor M and team.”
“I want to express my deep gratitude to the dr. Montague for the excellent work and high professionalism! The blepharoplasty procedure was absolutely painless and the rehabilitation process was fast. My only regret is that I didn't do it 10 years ago.”
“Words cannot express how amazing Dr Montague and his staff that cared for me were. my procedure was perfect. There was minimal pain. They monitored and did post op care. I feel like a new person. they are classy, caring, professional healing and help to promote confidence in people 😘 and I can’t say enough about them. If considering facial surgery, it’s the team to go with”
“I really can't be more pleased with my entire experience at Quatela and with Dr. Montague. My results are even better than I imagined. Most of all though, Dr. Montague and the entire team at Quatela have consistently treated me with care, respect, and always with the utmost professionalism. I will certainly recommend Quatela and Dr. Montague to my friends.”
“This place is AMAZING!!!! So welcoming, the atmosphere is so comfortable & everyone here is very honest about what to expect. Dr. Montague was very thorough with me & made my dreams come true!! I would recommend this place a million times.”
“I chose Quatela Center over others for my procedure because of Dr. Montague's high skill level, passion, knowledge and non-judgmental approach. During my consultation i felt respected and cared for. I continue to feel supported and encouraged with each follow-up visit. I would choose Quatela again. Very happy with my outcome.”

Indeed, melting the subjectivity of the patient’s desires with the objectivity of aesthetic standards is the true art of plastic surgery. And it is a true honor to get to practice that art for my patients. I hope we are all continuously striving toward the good, the true, and the beautiful, but I can help with the beautiful part.”Alex Montague, M.D.
