Alissa Profetta, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Le Moyne College and worked for six years as a Registered Nurse in the Wilmot Cancer Center Adult Hematology/Oncology Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Nursing from St. John Fisher College, after which she completed a year-long Ophthalmology fellowship program at Flaum Eye Institute. Alissa has years of leadership experience as a senior charge nurse, preceptor for new orientees, and care coordinator. She facilitated high-quality care to patients, supervised nursing staff, and managed and organized outpatient care for patients transitioning back home after their hospital stay.
Alissa joined the Quatela Center team in 2021. She demonstrates compassion, kindness, and respect to patients, family members, and fellow colleagues in her daily interactions. Her positive attitude further enhances her desire to always provide excellent patient care.
