Jiana Arce, MSN, FNP-C, RNFA, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse First Assistant, who earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from St. John Fisher University.
Jiana has over 5 years of experience as a registered nurse at the University of Rochester, specifically in critical care working with burn/trauma patients. During this time, Jiana also worked as a travel nurse to hospitals in surrounding cities, working in PCU, ICU, and emergency departments.
She joined the Quatela Center in 2023 at the Lindsay House Surgery Center as a nurse in both the operating room and PACU environments. In 2024, Jiana transitioned into the Nurse Practitioner role for the practice. She also completed training as a First Assist in the operating room, where she specifically assists Dr. Krasniak. With her experience in pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, Jiana provides well-rounded, experienced care to our patients every step of the way.
