Case Details
This patient was quite literally tired of looking tired! For patients with undereye bags, or extra puffiness, a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition is a great option! During the eyelid lift, excess fat and tissue are removed. With the addition of fat transposition, the fat is used to fill out some hollow areas between the eyelid and the top of the cheek.
