Rhinoplasty Case 1002023

This patient consulted with Dr. Montague to discuss a rhinoplasty for both cosmetic and functional reasons. She was not happy with her dorsal hump and the downward tip rotation when she smiled, while also struggling with constant congestion and breathing difficulties. Dr. Montague crafted a surgical plan to refine and lift the tip of the nose, decrease the dorsal hump, and straighten the septum to improve her breathing struggles. She is now 6 months out from surgery, everything is healing well, and she is very pleased with her results.
