A consultation fee is required at the time of your appointment. If you decide to have a procedure or surgery, the fee will be applied to your balance.
We also accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Please contact our office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. We attempt to accommodate our patients' schedules to the best of our ability, and by receiving your cancellation prior to 24 hours, we are able to accommodate another patient. Please be advised that if you do not show for two consecutive appointments, another appointment will not be made.
For added convenience and comfort following ambulatory surgery, some patients choose to stay in a supervised setting at our Carriage House on their first post-operative night, located adjacent to the Lindsay House. Especially for guests without the benefit of family or friends in the Rochester area, our staff is happy to assist you with overnight arrangements.
We are committed to your privacy. To ensure a comfortable experience for you as our patient, please make use of our private entrance and isolated waiting area located near a side entrance of our facility.
