Dr. William Koenig has been partnered with the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery since 2003. He previously worked at the prestigious Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania where he is well known and recognized for his work in plastic surgery. In Our Spare Time: HUGS Foundation

HUGS (Help Us Give Smiles) Foundation was founded in 2003 by Vito C. Quatela, MD with the idea that every child has the right to a full and enriching childhood.  HUGS delivers medical care to children and adolescents suffering from a wide array of physical deformities and conditions remedied through surgery.
