This patient had a breast augmentation 20 years ago, and her left implant looked and felt deflated. She was looking to replace both implants with ones that were a little larger. Dr. Amalfi performed a breast implant exchange, placing smooth round moderate plus 450cc implants into the existing implant pocket. She is one year post-op and pleased with her new size.
