Breast Augmentation Revision Case 1001853

This patient felt her implants from a previous surgery had become displaced; they were very far apart and in her armpits when she lay down. Her previous surgeon suggested bigger implants to "fix" the problem by making them fuller and appear closer together. She was looking to exchange the implants for a slightly larger size, but did not want them to be dramatic. 

Dr. Amalfi performed an implant exchange, placing the implants under the connective tissue but over the muscle, where they had previously been under the muscle. Galaflex was used to provide additional support, and smooth round moderate plus 390cc implants were used. At one year post-op, she is incredibly pleased with her more natural-looking results!
