After 3 pregnancies, breastfeeding and weight loss, this patient was ready to enhance her small b-cup breasts! She is now 4 months out from a submuscular breast augmentation (under the muscle), using 2 different sized implants. We always like to remind patients that we create “sisters not twins.” Perfect symmetry is not achievable when asymmetry exists. By using two different implants, we were able to get as close as possible!
