This patient was interested in addressing both her upper and lower lids. Her upper lids were droopy, heavy, and hanging low. Her lower lids had fat pads underneath them and dark circles and wrinkles. Dr. Lee performed an upper eyelid lift, lower eyelid lift with fat transposition, and endoscopic forehead lift for a refreshed look. She is one year post-surgery, and happy with her results!
