This patient came to see Dr. Lee to discuss concerns about her eyes. She had excess skin that caused heaviness on her upper eyelids and struggled with puffiness of the lower eyelids. She felt that her upper eyelids made her feel tired and heavy and it was affecting her daily life, even sometimes needing to physically hold her eyelids up to read. To address her concerns, Dr. Lee crafted a surgical plan for an upper eyelid lift to address excess skin and heaviness, a lower eyelid lift with fat transposition to remove excess fat that was causing puffiness, and an endoscopic brow lift to further brighten her eyes. She is now 7 months out from surgery and is very pleased with her results.
