This patient met with Dr. Montague, expressing concerns about sagging skin along her jawline and around her mouth, as well as hollowing under her eyes. Together, they decided on a customized approach that included a deep plane facelift, a temporal brow lift, and dissolving her existing undereye filler to add a fat transfer to the lower eyelids instead, combined with an upper and lower blepharoplasty, to address under-eye hollowing, along with laser skin resurfacing in the eye area to address hyperpigmentation. She is now six months out from surgery. Her incisions have healed well, and she is pleased with her results.
