This patient wanted to discuss concerns around her aging face. She felt quite a bit of heaviness around her upper eyelids and felt that they made her look consistently tired. After listening to her concerns, Dr. Lee put together a surgical plan that included a facelift, endoscopic forehead lift, a lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition, an upper blepharoplasty, and buccal fat extraction. She is now 6 months out from her procedure and is pleased with her results.
